Bioinformatics and Computational Biology represent exciting new interdisciplinary disciplines that leverage the recent revolution in computing and informatics to further advance biomedical research and ignite the next generation of data-driven healthcare. The increasing availability of many types of biological data requires an associated increase in the scale and sophistication of the automated systems and tools that enable biomedical researchers to take full advantage of such valuable data. The need for Bioinformatics reflects the radical changes that the biological sciences have undergone over the last decade. As more biologically important biological elements and their roles in complex biological systems are discovered, it is apparent that integrating computational research and experimental work will be crucial in studying and understanding these discoveries. ICBCB conference series aims to provide an interactive forum for computational researchers, biomedical scientists, and healthcare providers to share their findings in this domain and exchange ideas about how to develop new innovative ideas to accelerate the advancement of biomedical research. The conference welcomes participants from all over the world and from all related disciplines who are interested in developing collaborative projects and exploring new opportunities in these exciting scientific areas. The conference provides a perfect opportunity for its participants to establish relationships with research groups in Japan and other regions around the world. |
